Since 1987, I've been immersed in the world of real estate investing, gaining invaluable experience that shapes how I serve clients like myself. Investor clients, in particular, have unique goals and financial needs, distinct from traditional buyers. Having walked in their shoes, I understand the intricacies of their journey and can offer tailored support.
I come from a lineage of real estate agents, starting with my grandfather who founded Dutro Realty in the 1950s. Following in his footsteps, my father established Vilas & Meister in the 1960s. In 2012, I made the move to Coldwell Banker Realty, drawn by the comprehensive systems and resources available through an international company.
Being a lifelong resident of Cincinnati, my journey into real estate began unexpectedly during my time at LaSalle High School. After discovering a potential career path through an aptitude test, I obtained my license in 1980 and haven't looked back since.
To stay abreast of industry trends, I actively participate in local, regional, and national seminars, devour trade publications, and leverage online resources like the Ohio Area Realtors (OAR) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR). This commitment ensures I'm equipped to provide the best service possible to my clients.
